• Explanation : Jesus sends His message to the people of Israel, He is the representative of God the Father (Ezekiel 34), who calls Himself the Good Shepherd; Who really cares for each person, not as the thieves and the oppressors, who exploit the sheep for their own benefit. Jesus knows each sheep by their personal name. He goes in front of the sheep, guides them to food and drink, protects them against danger, heals them when they get sick or lost. He is the door to life for them (John 10).

• Penjelasan : Yesus mengirim pesan kepada umat Israel, bahwa Ia adalah wakil Allah Bapa (Yeheskiel 34) menyebut diri Gembala yang Baik, yang akan datang untuk merawat domba-domba, bukan seperti para pencuri dan penindas yang mengeksploitasi domba-domba untuk kepentingan pribadinya. Yesus mengenal setiap domba dengan nama pribadi. Ia berjalan di depan domba-domba, membimbing mereka ke tempat makanan dan minuman, melindungi mereka terhadap bahaya, dan menyembuhkan mereka yang sakit atau tersesat. Yesus menyebut dirinya sebagai pintu untuk masuk ke dalam kepenuhan hidup (Yoh 10).
