• Title : At The Supper They Recognized Him

• Explanation : The two disciples of Emmaus invited the stranger to overnight in their place. When they had supper together with him, their eyes were opened and they recognized Jesus alive in him. But immediately Jesus “disappeared” from their sight.

  Then they remembered how their hearts burnt, when Jesus talked to them about the Messiah. Now they had met Jesus personally, Jesus is really alive. Immediately they walked back to Jerusalem, to tell the apostles and the other disciples that Jesus is really risen from the dead, that He is alive. Hallelujah! (Luc 24:31).

• Penjelasan : Kedua murid dari Emaus mengundang orang asing untuk bermalam di tempat mereka. Ketika mereka makan malam bersama-sama dengan dia, terbukalah mata mereka dan mereka mengakui Yesus hidup dalam dirinya. Tapi Yesus “menghilang” dari pandangan mereka. Lalu mereka ingat bagaimana hati mereka berkobar-kobar, ketika Yesus berbicara kepada mereka tentang Mesias. Sekarang mereka telah bertemu Yesus secara pribadi, Yesus benar-benar hidup. Mereka segera berjalan kembali ke Yerusalem, untuk memberitahu para rasul dan murid-murid lainnya, bahwa Yesus benar-benar bangkit dari kematian, bahwa Ia hidup. Haleluya! (Luk 24:31).
